A brief overview of a pilot study using rich clinical data (Calgary Epilepsy Program Seizure Monitoring Unit Dataset) to enrich administrative case definition for use in traditional health services utilization research.

1. Discuss clinically collected vs. administratively collected datasets and their roles in research
2. Discuss database linkage and tools and platforms used in analysis
3. Investigate future plans for this mode
